How to cancel / terminate my subscription ?

You can always cancel your current subscription, there is no minimum subscription period beyond the current month. Termination can be done through the “My Account” area on BestScoreWins. If you terminate your subscription then no further charges will be made by us. The termination of the subscription does not affect the benefits that are enabled on your BestScoreWins user account for the period(s) that you have already paid for!

Please note that for technical reasons of setting up your new account your subscription can not be unsubscribed online within the first 24 hours after it is made. It can however be done by calling our Customer Service number within these first 24 hours. Please be aware that if you do not unsubscribe your subscription before the end of an eventual trial period, then your trial membership will automatically turn into a membership at the normal price (24.95 for 30 days).

If you terminate your subscription then no further charges will be made by us unless you choose to reactivate the subscription, or you create a new subscription at a later date. The termination of the subscription does not affect the benefits that are enabled on your BestScoreWins user account for the period(s) that you have already paid for. BestScoreWins will auto send an acknowledgment of your termination to the email address you used when signing up. Non-receipt of the acknowledgment does not affect the validity of the termination. It is solely the registration in BestScoreWins’s customer database that matters, as it is the customer’s responsibility to have entered in their email address correctly. It is also up to the customer to ensure that emails are not deleted or landing in a spam filter. Please contact our Customer Service if you are unsure about how to prevent that from happening.

I want my money back. Refund Policy?

Please note that the trial signup amount is non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial monthly subscription periods. At any time and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount or other consideration to our members if we deem it appropriate. The amount and form of such refunds, as well as the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion.

Your purchase of the membership is accompanied by the statutory withdrawal period. You can only cancel your initial purchase if you have NOT used your subscription. You are using your subscription the moment you complete the purchase and log on to https://bestscorewins.com. If you want to exercise this right, you must immediately after the initial purchase log off and not log on again. Then you should contact the Customer Service team by telephone to inform them that you regret your purchase. You will then get your subscription cancelled and after this, your payment will be refunded.

Why have I been charged immediately after registering my payment card ?

You pay $9.99 for a 3-days trial period which is for the access to our website. This amount is non-refundable if you have used our service. You can request refund if you have not used our service

I have subscribed to a trial, but I have noticed that I have billed again. Why?

Our service offers a 3 days trial version of $9.99 but after this period the account becomes a full subscription as agreed by you when accepting our terms and conditions, unless you have canceled before entering into the full subscription. If you wish to cancel your account or have questions regarding billing, contact our customer service that is at your disposal 24/7.

What happens when I cancel my membership?

If you cancel your membership no further charges to your payment card will be made by us and all your information and entries in games will be deleted with respect of the policy regading GDPR. With regard to refund, you must not have used our service or else we cannot refund you the amount(s) paid.

I just registered and I did not receive any message with the login. What Should I do?
